FAQs

  • It’s free to sign up and create a Third Person profile. No monthly service fee. No fee to engage with brands. You only pay for leads that convert into paying customers.

    Third Person is entitled to a Lead Program Fee of 2% of the eligible fees collected by the 3PL from each accepted client during the Lead Program Period (2 years). 

  • No! If you are enrolled in our Lead Program you will be connected directly with any brand that wants to get in touch and only pay a fee if they become a customer.

  • Yes! You can update your profile (what we use to match you with e-commerce brands) and add or remove any warehouse in your network in your account settings.

  • We use the information you provide in your profile, particularly your Ideal Client Profile, and combine it with information provided by the brand to measure compatibility.

  • No! As long as you are actively enrolled in the Lead Program, you will be connected directly with any brand that is interested in getting in touch with you without limitation.

  • Third Person is not focused on quantity — we are, however, focused on quality. While we are aggressively working on new growth levers, we will always be focused on ensuring you only see well-qualified leads (i.e. brands that meet your ICP). The way our platform works is that brands opt-in to connect with you. So it may take time to get that first one, and they may not be frequent (depending on your ICP) but when they do reach out, they will be qualified!

    We always encourage 3PLs to treat their profile like a LinkedIn profile — it's meant to be updated as your business evolves. Try tweaking certain responses like monthly minimums and average client size to see how that might impact the volume and quality of leads that connect with you.
